Working with our clients to develop process improvement plans for customer service, it became apparent that there was a critical need for an effective, efficient, user friendly and web based ticketing software. Our Clients were using a well-known (and expensive) ticketing software that was designed to be all things to all people. The software was not user friendly, and had a lot of features that went unused. Over time, it stopped being used, so customers were not given ticket numbers, issues were no longer tracked and by default, tickets became ‘post it’ notes on a cubicle.
We were up for the challenge and created a customized ticketing software that was user specific to their business. The software is user friendly and had all the features they wanted without the excess features that did not apply to their business.
