Pipeline Management

Each of your sales team members is assigned their own personal Hot Calls sales assistant to help them build and manage their pipeline! Interaction between your sales rep and ours is crucial to the success of the program. Your sales rep has the knowledge of what works in their territory and what does not and they are a vital link in working out a talk track that will show success. Your Rep is free to phone or email our (their) rep at any time and we will certainly call/email them to keep them updated on any situation that requires their attention. A typical customer for this program will have sales reps that are classified as 'Major Account Representatives' and handle large accounts over large territories. We met the quota for a rep's entire quarter of appointments in one month.

ROI

Return on investment is easily calculated. Closing ratio on appointments multiplied by sale price. One of our current clients has an average sale price of $250,000 and a closing percentage of 10% on appointments. For one rep we set 34 appointments in two months. This will yield future sales of $850,000 based on their own closing ratio. These appointments were generated by the efforts of the Hot Calls representatives using the Pipeline Management Program.
