We do not own or operate call centers outside of the United States. You would expect that we would not be able to compete on cost with off-shore, overseas call centers but we can. Our clients are some of the largest companies in the world and we have not only turned their customer service experience around, but we stayed within budget. We also showed them that what they thought they were paying for off-shore call centers was not accurate. After all of the extra costs were added up, including the travel costs to visit those locations several times a year (we come to you by the way), we could compete on cost, but off-shore call centers could not compete with us on quality, and no cultural misunderstandings.
