The Hot Calls management team started out working together in customer service back in 1997.

business products and services. Customer service, as a standalone product, has been the cornerstone of
our business. Our agents are all based in the United States relieving the language barriers and time-zone challenges commonly
found when taking your customer service resources off-shore.

effective customer service. During the project design phase we train a dedicated team specifically
