| Circle Back Program |
Reaching out to customers that have been marketed to in the past but
are not current customers is what the Circle Back Program is all
about. Either a sales rep has called on them in the past or the customer has been mailed information, but not responded (which is typical 99% of the time). A good example of this program is a client who is a major manufacturer of copiers and printers. Their marketing company sent out expensive two year planners to 72 clients that they hoped would open the box, be impressed by the planner, respond to the additional marketing material inside that referenced the clients new label printer and call their local rep. This campaign yielded no response what so ever, so they contacted Hot Calls to call each one of them in hopes of increasing the result. Results: The Hot Calls Campaign netted 7% confirmed appointments with a specific date and time for the sales rep to meet with the client. When you consider that a typical mailer nets a return of perhaps 1%, this was an outstanding return on investment. |
